Brian Zolke spent five years with Bank of America in North Carolina, during which he held multiple leadership roles. For two years, Brian Zolke served as the treasury manager and was responsible for improving customer relations standards by overseeing and training employees.

With the position, he led a team as it was recognized by JD Power on three occasions. Working closely with a local community college, Mr. Zolke also created a new hiring pipeline. In the role, he reported directly to senior leadership and generated new ideas for employee and client satisfaction.

With the company, Brian Zolke built upon knowledge initially gained at Texas Tech. He graduated from the college with a bachelor of business administration in finance and economics in 2006.

Outside his career, Mr. Zolke is involved in philanthropic work. A supporter of the Alzheimer's Association, he also volunteers with Samaritans Purse and its Operation Christmas Child. He enjoys several outdoor pursuits, including mountain biking and hiking.
